You will be joining a newly formed recruitment desk within a well-established and successful medical recruitment company.

We are seeking an ambitious and experienced Life Sciences recruiter who is not afraid to get stuck in! Life Sciences is a highly lucrative market and this is an excellent opportunity to earn big and progress your career. You will be playing a key role in growing this desk, where you will be able to have strategic input and plenty of scope to shape the future of the team.

You will have a minimum of 2 years experience in 360 end to end recruitment, with ideally at least 2 years within the Life Sciences sector.

You will have a proven track record in business development and use your existing network and contacts within the Life Sciences industry to win new business. Your primary focus will be on delivering exceptional service to clients to convert that business and grow long term and sustainable relationships with clients.

Ideally, you will have experience as a permanent, contract and interim contract recruiter within the global market, covering the UK, the US and Europe.
