Job Role

Title: Business Development Manager (London & South-East)
Reports to: National Sales Manager (NSM) within the Parenteral Nutrition (PN) team
Department: Parenteral Nutrition (PN)

Responsibilities

  • Promote our client’s PN product range and supporting services to key customers in hospitals (secondary care setting).
  • Develop and implement business plans and strategies for both our client and competitor key accounts.
  • Collaborate with the NSM and marketing team to create successful sales strategies for your assigned key accounts.
  • Attend industry events (seminars, exhibitions, meetings) as instructed by the NSM.
  • Maintain a deep understanding of your customers, accounts, services, changes in the PN market, and relevant clinical developments.

Qualifications (desired)

  • Life science degree or equivalent experience
  • Clinical/technical background in pharmaceutical/healthcare sales or the NHS
  • ABPI accreditation (a UK recognized accreditation for pharmaceutical representatives)
  • Business acumen
  • Teamwork skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
